I’ve never understood the purpose of bowl game representatives attending regular-season games, other than it’s a good excuse to go watch a game. The Chick-fil-A Bowl will have a rep at EverBank Field on Saturday for the Florida-Georgia game.
The game is New Year’s Eve at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
At the beginning of the season, this news would have made Florida fans cringe. Now, though, the Chick-fil-A Bowl is a pretty ambitious goal for this team at 4-3 overall, 2-3 in the SEC.
